Independence: Nasarawa senatorial aspirant felicitate with constituents, Nasarawa, Nigerians

Barrister Labaran Shuaibu Magaji has felicitated with the people of his constituency, Nasarawa State and Nigerians on the occasion of the 61st independent and Nasarawa at 25 from creation.

The Matawallen Toto in his Independence Day message through the office of his Chief Press Secretary Abba Salisu Maikankan and made available to the Newsmen on Friday, stated that; 1st October of each turning year is an opportunity for Nigerians to reflect and thank God Almighty for his endless blessings on our dear country (Nigeria) and it is also a time for patriotic Nigerian to collectively remember the sacrifices made by the founding fathers and great leaders in the past.

“As today mark the historic occasion when the country finally broke the shackles of oppression and gained Independence from the British empire in1960.

“Freedom does not come easily as such we’re indebted to the National Heroes who made this country what it is today” Labaran added.

The Matawalen Toto, therefore urge fellow citizens to put extra effort to performing their civic right and responsibility, saying diversity should not be seen as weakness but as our strength.

” It is only by working together that we can build a resilience nation” He stated.

The Senatorial hopeful for Nasarawa West and leading government prosecutor in the office of Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Barr Labaran Magaji further lamented that; Nigerians should start thinking of something innovative for the nation to make it a place of wealth, peace and happiness.
