The All Progressive Congress ahead of October 6 local government councils election has vowed to deliver the party unit by unit in all the 11 electoral wards of karu.
This was a unanimous decision taken by the party chiefians on Tuesday,when it flagged off it campaign in Karu ,being the kicked off point in the schedules of the campaign rally across the 13 LGAs in the state.
In their goodwill messages, the immediate past commissioner of works,Chief Philip Dada, the immediate past executive chairman, Honourable Samuel Akala, House of representative member, Jonathan Gbefwi Gaza,state house of assembly member, Honourable David Maiyaki,gave assurances that come 6 October they will work hard and ensure victory for the karu APC Chairmanship candidate.
Others who also gave their assurances of sending the opposition political party packing out of political history in karu includes former house of representative member and a Senate hopeful,Honourable Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, honourable Joseph kaura and Samuel Muhktari,the APC chairman karu local government area.
The governor of Nasarawa State, engineer Abdullahi Sule,represented by his deputy,Dr Emammuel Akabe,charged the venue of the rally by commending the entire APC stakeholders in karu for coming out in their numbers to show solidarity to the chairmanship candidate.
Governor Sule, further commended all those that aspired along with honourable James Thomas.He said their humility and show of sportsmanship was very exemplary.
On his part, the state caretaker chairman ,Dr John Mamman,called on all party members to engaged in house to house campaign in order to deliver all the councilorship candidates and the chairman come October 6,according to him ,the governor has demonstrated that good governance is the penacea for peaceful coexistence.
” This why we most not relent in ensuring that we give our maximum support to the governor in order for him to succeed” Dr Mamman said.
