COVID-19: Nigerian govt adjusts curfew

The federal government has adjusted the long-running curfew across the country from 12 midnight to 4am in the morning.

The National Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, Dr Sani Aliyu, made this known in Abuja during the task force’s press briefing.

The PTF also said that bars and nightclubs will remain closed till further notice.

President Muhammadu Buhari also extended the lifespan of the PTF which is supposed to end on the 17th of September, until the end of December 2020.
