In Continuation of its Customers’ Loyalty Reward Scheme, Fidelity Bank has giving out the sum of N1.8million as rewards to five customers at Kofar Wambai Market, Kano on Thursday.
Presenting the cash rewards to the customers comprising of three adults and two children, Aliyu Da’u Aliyu, Manager Fidelity Bank, Murtala Muhammad Way Kano, said the reward program is done after every three months where customers are selected randomly to receive the gifts.
According to him, the scheme which is aimed at appreciating their customers, requires no raffle draw as the only criteria required is to have an active account with Fidelity bank, Fidelity Personal Saving Scheme (FPSS) account, to be precise.
Aliyu stated that, the choice of the market is to creat awareness amongst the people of the various customer friendly packages the bank offers with the cash reward scheme inclusive.
Sarki Abdullahi Waziri, a beneficiary of N500,000 applauded the gesture, that, it is an honor to be part of those selected to be rewarded.
He said from time immemorial, his entire family has always banked with Fidelity, that the reward would further strengthen relationships between the bank and its customers.
Ngozi Fanny, another beneficiary of N500,000 expressed her joy saying that she never believed it was true at first.
According to her, it all started like a joke but at last, she has come to believe it is true. She thank the management of the bank and look forward to more wonderful experiences.
Other beneficiaries include; Zainab Uba Nasidi (N150.000), EbubeChukwu Ezike (N15.000) and Project Monitoring Partnership, N500.000.
